Users own the copyrights to images generated through the API. PixAI does not claim any copyright over user-generated works. However, users must ensure that generated content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

PixAI's official models (e.g. Haruka, Tsubaki) are copyrighted by PixAI. We grant approved users the right to use these models for commercial activities, but reselling or redistributing the model files themselves is prohibited.
