You just need to have an account of PixAI now. And sign up by filling out this form: PixAI API Beta Test Sign Up. And you will get the access to the API by days.
If you already signed up, and when you see the button on the home page is light up like this: 
It means you have the access to the API. You can create your API keys on your profile page.
